Job Responsibilities

The position involves standard work as a reception nurse. You will plan your visits in consultation with other colleagues in the team and work from a shared list of our patients. Daily advice as well as appointment booking in Teleq and chat. The unit is located at Handens Hospital. We have approximately 21,500 registered patients, of which 160 are in home care. Collaboration with other healthcare providers such as the municipality, relatives, and inpatient care is important to us and is part of the daily work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse
• Experience in primary care and familiarity with the journal systems Take Care, Life Care, Teleq, chat, and an interest in diabetes is an advantage.
• Experience with LSS housing or other experience with patients with disabilities.

Personal Attributes

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is positive and can take responsibility. You see solutions, are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and have good prioritization skills. An interest in patients with disabilities is an advantage.
