What do we offer?

• We are a well-functioning health center with fixed doctors and various specialist clinics.
• All listed patients have a responsible doctor.

• The operation has about 9600 listed patients.

The work as a general practitioner at our clinic involves the investigation and treatment of patients. We work systematically and structured with the aim of always offering our patients the best care. The visits can be both planned and acute.

The role may also include supervision of medical students and residents, as an important part of our mission is to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. With us, you will work closely with all professions at the clinic and you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work and development of the operation.

Our staff includes six specialist doctors and one resident. The operation also includes Primary Care Rehabilitation with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and dietitians. We also have a large home care service, child health care, and a psychotherapist on-site.

We are a group that enjoys laughter and appreciates having fun at work! We truly see the importance of meeting and regularly enjoy good food and coffee together!

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a trained specialist in general medicine and have experience working in primary care.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the operation from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have an easy time collaborating.
• You need to have good communication skills to create good relationships with patients as well as colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs and your approach is professional and humble.
• It is an advantage if you have experience and/or interest in supervising residents.

Clinic

The pleasant Nykvarn Health Center is located in newly built premises in the center of Nykvarn. The operation has about 9000 listed patients and consists of a general practitioner clinic with home care, psychosocial team, and child health care. The operation is also co-located with Nykvarn's Primary Care Rehabilitation. The staff group consists of about 30 employees who together contribute to a pleasant workplace.
