In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and healthcare. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through their digital journey – from the initial steps of implementation to ensuring long-term and successful usage.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process and train healthcare staff in digital tools.
• Act as a strategic advisor and account manager after implementation.
• Identify business opportunities and work with upselling to maximize customer benefits.
• Project manage implementation projects at clients across Sweden.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and is unafraid to take the initiative for new business.

Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse with an understanding of the everyday challenges in healthcare.
• Experience or a strong interest in project management.
• A commercial mindset – you see the value in technology and are comfortable selling solutions that facilitate for the customer.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Willing to travel, as the role involves visiting clients across the country.
