You will lead a comprehensive data center program at a mission-critical organization where both core operations and IT need to collaborate closely. The assignment focuses on managing and implementing a transformation of data center infrastructure to a private cloud environment, with several parallel sub-projects, multiple suppliers, and many internal stakeholders.

This is a role for you who thrive in complex environments and want to create structure, progress, and clarity. You need to be able to switch between strategic management and operational follow-up while building good collaborations and driving the work towards set goals with a focus on quality.

• Lead the program and coordinate several parallel sub-projects within the data center area.
• Drive the transformation of data center infrastructure towards a private cloud environment.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on activities to ensure progress and goal fulfillment.
• Collaborate with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders in a complex IT environment.
• Create structure in program management, prioritization, and follow-up within both operations and IT.
• Take initiatives, manage dependencies, and contribute to the program being carried out effectively and in a structured manner.

• Since 2020, have at least one (1) year of documented experience in program management of data center projects involving several parallel sub-projects and collaboration with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Since 2020, have at least one (1) year of documented experience in executing data center transformation towards a private cloud environment.
• Since 2020, have at least three (3) years of documented experience in driving projects according to PPS or comparable project model.
• Good knowledge of IT operations and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in program management in environments where both core operations and IT need to be balanced.
• Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented, and efficient manner in a role with many contact points.

• Since 2022, have documented experience in transforming raw data into quality-assured statistics that can be used for decision-making, research, and societal analysis.
• Since 2020, have at least 1 year of documented experience in other project management within IT operations and infrastructure other than data center projects.
• Since 2020, have at least 3 years of documented experience in leading assignments within larger public administration with more than 500 employees.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
