About the role As a heat pump installer, you will be an important part of our projects, from planning to final installation. We are looking for someone with experience who wants to take a central role in our installations, with responsibility for the heat pump part of customer projects and close collaboration with electricians and project management.

In this role, you will be our specialist in heat pumps and a key person in building and developing expertise in the area. You will help set work methods, structure, and standards while also working operationally with installation and commissioning.

You will be based in Sweden but need to be open to assignments in Denmark as well, and there may be travel involved that requires you to be away for extended periods. This role suits you if you thrive on responsibility, independence, and the opportunity to influence how the business develops moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own technical projects from planning to execution

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation

• Plan assignments in dialogue with project managers

• Ensure quality, safety, and a good customer experience while managing reporting and minor material purchases as needed

We are looking for someone who has

• Professional certification as a Plumbing Installer and documented working hours (BYN or equivalent)

• Experience in installation and service of heat pumps

• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

Meritorious

• Experience running a sole proprietorship or own business in plumbing
