Within the social care administration, about 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a flexible position at Väderleksvägen's special accommodation. In this role, you will work on resource shifts and move between different units based on the needs of the operations. You will be where you are needed most, making your work both significant and varied. Since you are not a fixed care contact, you have fewer surrounding tasks and can fully focus on providing our users with security, quality, and a good approach in their daily lives.

Your focus is to put the users' needs and well-being at the center. You provide care, service, and social support based on individual needs and wishes. You work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible care and support. Your work includes documentation, establishing and following up on implementation plans, as well as participating in development work done at the unit. Your work includes following documentation requirements according to current regulations and participating in the unit's development work. Even if you only have resource shifts in your schedule, you belong to a workgroup where you have a sense of belonging and attend joint staff meetings.

The position is scheduled for evening hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We require that you:

• Have a protected professional title as a care assistant
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have good computer skills
• Have had/have delegation
• Previous experience in the care profession

It is an advantage if you hold a B driver's license and have access to a car.
