We are not looking for just anyone; we are looking for you who want to work in one of Sector Alarm's most important departments – our alarm center that operates around the clock, year-round. What does your new role as an Alarm Operator look like?

The alarm center is the heart of the office; it is where we can help our customers who are in immediate danger. We take pride in providing our customers with first-class service, innovative products, and advice for a safer everyday life. In the role of alarm operator, you will handle calls related to alarms – such as fire, burglary, or operational disturbances. You will be responsible for taking the right action for each event, providing customer support, and training our customers on our alarm systems, as well as following up on critical incidents.

Just as you will handle calls regarding a developed fire, you will also receive calls about burnt food that triggered the fire alarm or a ventilation window that opens during the night when the perimeter protection is on. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with changing tempos and help all our customers with the utmost care, regardless of the event.

Who are we looking for?

We see that you have good experience in service professions where you are used to handling customers and solving problems. You are comfortable using the computer and phone as your primary working tools. In addition, we require that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A background check will be conducted during the phone interview to ensure satisfactory extracts from the Police's criminal record and also a thorough check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (1996:627).

The position is a permanent employment, start by agreement/immediately with placement at our headquarters in Citygate, Gothenburg. For a position at 22%, you will be scheduled to work two shifts every other weekend, and the shifts will range from 06:00 to 24:00.
