We are now looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our store in Skövde who wants to take full responsibility for the store's visual expression and contribute to developing sales in all departments.

About the role:

As a Visual Merchandiser with us, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and sales-oriented store environment where our concepts and guidelines are followed. You will work closely with the store manager and colleagues and play an important role in the store's development.

You will also be part of the store's management team along with the store manager and deputy store manager. You will work varying hours during the store's opening hours and every other weekend. The employment will be for 30h per week and salary according to the collective agreement.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the store's visual expression and displays

• Ensure that concepts and guidelines are followed

• Campaign responsibility and execution in-store

• Responsible for sales planning

• Receiving goods

• Product displays and stock management

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for someone who is driven by meeting customers and working with sales. You have a strong interest in plants and are eager to share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues. You are a person who takes initiative, works in a structured manner, and has a business-oriented drive to develop all departments of the store, with a particular focus on visual presentation. You see changes as opportunities and enjoy switching between different tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education in Visual Merchandising

• Several years of experience in the role of Visual Merchandiser

• Experience in retail

• Structured and organized

• Familiar with working with KPI tracking

Meritorious:

• Interest in plants

• Leadership experience or leadership training
