Your new position

At Ramboll, we see well-prepared technical descriptions as a crucial part of successful projects. Through structure, quality, and coordination, we create the conditions for good procurement, efficient production, and long-term sustainable solutions.

As an AMA editor at Ramboll, you will work on the development, coordination, and quality assurance of AMA descriptions and tender documents within construction projects. You will be part of Ramboll's Highways and Infrastructure in Sweden and work closely with project managers, designers, and technical specialists at various stages of the projects.

The role involves specialist-near work where you contribute your AMA expertise across several parallel assignments. You will have the opportunity to influence both the quality of the projects and Ramboll's common working methods regarding AMA descriptions. The placement is flexible and will be adapted based on Ramboll's office network in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Establishing, coordinating, and quality assuring AMA descriptions within construction
• Ensuring that technical descriptions are clear, consistent, and tailored for procurement and implementation
• Collaboration with project managers and technical specialists to gather and structure technical content
• Reviewing and supporting deliveries concerning descriptions, quantity lists, and tender documents
• Contributing to the development of templates, working methods, and quality within the AMA area

You have

• Experience in coordination with AMA Construction and technical descriptions
• Good understanding of construction and infrastructure projects within Roads, Streets, and Land
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner while collaborating with others
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience from consulting and/or contracting activities
