We are looking for a Senior Designer with the breadth and confidence required to lead design work from the ground up, someone who can hold together an entire concept and connect strategic intent with final form. The right candidate has a mature design sense, understands how the project's parts relate to the whole, and knows how to guide both process and outcome with clarity and conviction.
In this role, the designer maps, evaluates, and realizes solutions within a range of product and project contexts, in close dialogue with clients and relevant stakeholders. The role involves framing and defining design assignments, balancing functional, economic, and visual requirements, and transforming direction into clear plans and deliverables.
The designer takes ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery, both independently and as part of a broader team with clients and external partners. The role requires sharp conceptual ability, sound judgment, and a structured approach to manage multiple parallel assignments.
Fluent English at a native level or near-native is a requirement, as the role involves direct work with clients in English.
