Nya Lidköpings-Tidningen operates in the six municipalities of Lidköping, Vara, Skara, Essunga, Götene, and Grästorp. We are strongest when it comes to local events, investigations, quick news, and current topics.

Every day we reach tens of thousands of readers. We are making a strong investment in developing our journalism with a digital focus.

Nya Lidköpings-Tidningen is a company within the Erna Group, which has a clear growth strategy for the coming years. Within the group, we operate businesses in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are located in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.

About the Role

As a reporter at Nya Lidköpings-Tidningen, you never know what to expect. You must be prepared for anything to happen – or nothing at all.

Regardless, as a summer substitute, you will have significant responsibility for ensuring that the newspaper has enticing, relevant, and good reading material.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained journalist or perhaps currently studying journalism and needs a summer job. If you have previously worked at a local newspaper, that is a plus.

We are seeking substitutes for the main editorial office in Lidköping and for our local editorial offices in Essunga, Grästorp, Götene, Skara, and Vara.

A driver's license is a requirement.
