About the position

We love home electronics, not just the gadgets – but also the feeling when the right product truly makes a difference in everyday life. In the role of Technical Content Specialist, you will be a key person in creating, developing, and ensuring the quality of our technical texts and product descriptions. You will work closely with our product owners, graphic designers, and purchasing team to ensure that all information on our platforms is correct, clear, and helps customers make informed decisions.

This is not just a writing job; it is a specialist role where you own and develop how we work with technical content – from structure and tone to visual expressions and symbols. Here, you will have both responsibility and freedom. You will drive your own specialist area and have ample opportunity to influence and improve how we work with technical content moving forward.

You will, among other things:

• Write and proofread technical and informative texts for our products and categories.

• Develop and standardize text formats and working methods.

• Ensure the quality of translations and ensure that our texts maintain a high linguistic standard.

• Create and edit visual materials in Adobe Creative Cloud – primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Develop technical symbols, pictograms, and communication materials for packaging, web, and other channels.

• Collaborate closely with our product managers and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

In the role of Technical Content Specialist, you are employed by NetOnNet and work within the Komplett Group, of which NetOnNet is a part. You report to the Private Label Manager, who, like you, is based within NetOnNet and works for the entire group.

You have:

• Post-secondary education in communication, graphic design, information design, or similar.

• Documented experience in writing technically oriented information.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Good understanding of product language, target audience adaptation, and information structure.

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Meritorious: experience in E-commerce, PIM systems, packaging, or technical documentation.
