Are you a driven leader with a passion for cooking and restaurant experiences? As the head chef at Bishop’s Arms Piteå, you will be responsible for the entire kitchen's operations and results, becoming a key person in our team. You will report directly to our Pub Manager and work closely with both central food and kitchen managers as well as our suppliers.

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team and ensure that the food concept is followed.

- Plan and set menus, including trial cooking, recipe writing, and costing.

- Be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and recruiting kitchen staff.

- Invoice management and review of key figures such as gross profit and personnel.

- Train kitchen staff in routines and work methods as well as service staff in menu, allergens, and late-night food.

- Manage environmental work and HACCP, including self-checks and follow-ups.

- Order goods, equipment, and service/repairs as needed.

- Participate in staff meetings, head chef meetings, and employee conversations.

- You have experience leading kitchens and staff.

- You are structured, responsible, and have a good grasp of both cooking and administrative tasks.

- You enjoy creating order, following routines, and developing the kitchen's results.

- You have a sense of service and want to contribute to a fantastic guest experience.

- A key role in a passionate team with significant influence over food and menus at Bishop’s Arms Piteå – a gastropub and hotel in the heart of Piteå.
