Coordinator for Short-term Care/Intermittent Care/Day Activities & Home Taking

We are now looking for a coordinator with commitment, administrative sharpness, and a desire to make a difference every day.

In the role of coordinator, you are an important link for our various operations, as well as a partner for the municipality's home care areas and special accommodations. Individuals come to our operations from hospitals or from our own services, where we conduct rehabilitative and mapping work and provide service to the municipality's citizens in the form of intermittent care and day activities.

About the position

As a coordinator, you support the unit manager and employees in their daily work. You will work with varied and developing tasks, including:

• Staffing planning and scheduling in multi access, timecare pool, and lifecare
• Absence planning and contact with the Staffing Unit
• Introduction of new employees, students, and summer workers
• Administration in Personec P and during recruitment
• System support and other administrative tasks such as invoice handling

You will be an important link between the operational needs and its practical implementation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education and has since developed your skills through vocational training, courses, or work experience. Please upload your grades/certificates!
• Experience in coordination and scheduling
• Good IT skills and knowledge of labor law
• Experience from home care or special accommodations is an advantage

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and have a genuine interest in providing service. You enjoy having many points of contact and find it easy to collaborate. You are solution-focused and have the ability to see the big picture while also paying attention to details.
