We are now looking for a physiotherapist to fill a temporary position of at least one year within the Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation in Örebro. With us, you will work in a team around children and adolescents with disabilities and contribute to their development and participation in everyday life.

The Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation provides support and treatment to children and adolescents with disabilities as well as their families and networks. Various professionals collaborate in teams. We have social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, doctors, secretaries, unit managers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to work with children and adolescents with various disabilities aged 0-21 years and their families. The work includes:

• motor function assessments
• physiotherapeutic treatment individually and in groups
• prescribing and following up on assistive devices
• guidance and support for parents and staff in the children's and adolescents' environment

You will work closely with other professionals in a team around the child and family. The Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation operates throughout the county, but this position is linked to a team based in the southern part of Örebro city. For applicants with experience in the field, assignments in the rehabilitation team may be relevant. The team works with rehabilitative interventions for children with neurological injuries.

Meritorious:

• experience working with children and adolescents
• experience working with individuals with disabilities or neurological diseases
• experience in rehabilitative work with children with neurological injuries

A valid driver's license is required as travel is part of the job.
