Within the Health and Care Administration, you make a difference every day by working closely with people and creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for the residents of Enköping. Together we create safe and quality care for our citizens.

The Health and Medical Care area consists of municipal rehabilitation, the nursing unit, and the Safe Homecoming and planning team. The nursing unit consists of all nurses and a few nursing assistants who work according to HSL (Health and Medical Services Act) within the Health and Care Administration in Enköping Municipality. As a nurse, you are employed in Health and Medical Care but are placed in Special Housing, home care in ordinary housing, LSS, social psychiatry, and/or emergency services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Health and Medical Care now has several exciting assignments for you as a nurse with at least one year of experience.

We are looking for you who want to work in:

• Home Care in Ordinary Housing

  A job where clinical competence is combined with independence and personal meetings. If you have experience in independent work and enjoy making your own decisions, prioritizing, and seeing the whole picture around the patient, you are likely the one we are looking for.

  In this role, you are responsible for medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups in the patient's home environment, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals.

  Home care offers a varied job with significant personal responsibility, where you truly have the opportunity to work person-centered and long-term.

• Special Housing in Rural Areas

  Working as a nurse in a special housing facility means an independent and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference in the daily lives of elderly individuals. The role combines medical responsibility with close, continuous, and person-centered care work. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents, follow their health development, and be a central source of security in their lives.

  As a nurse in special housing, you will use your entire competence both clinically and as pedagogical support to colleagues. The role suits you who appreciate variation, responsibility, teamwork, and working systematically with routines and quality work. It is a job where you see the significance of your work every day.

• Resource for Various Operations

  Being a resource means a very varied job within our different operations, where one day you may be in ordinary housing and the next in a special housing facility, and then within LSS or social psychiatry.

  You will replace other nurses during absences or support operations that need extra nursing staff during periods.

  If you have experience in quickly adapting and changing tasks, this may be something for you. The assignment places high demands on flexibility and broad nursing experience.

  The resource assignment can be within any or all of our various operations.

• Coordination, Advice, and Education

  If you are pedagogical and organized, this may be something for you. We are looking for someone who can support healthcare staff, patients, and relatives through various interventions. Here you have the freedom to help develop routines and working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse with at least one year of professional experience

Driver's license (B)
