Your Role

As a teacher in the lower grades with us, you will play a central role in the children's early educational journey. You will be responsible for creating a learning-rich and inspiring environment where students can explore and develop their unique abilities. Your mission includes planning and conducting lessons, encouraging curiosity and creativity, and supporting each child's individual development. The role includes mentorship for the preschool class and grade 1.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant teaching degree and preferably experience working in preschool class and grade 1, with experience in grades 2 and 3 as a plus.
• Is a communicative and clear leader with the ability to engage and motivate young students.
• Has an understanding of and experience working in a multifaceted and inclusive school environment.
• Is strategic in your pedagogical thinking and can create a learning environment where each student's unique potential is recognized and developed.
• Has a business-like attitude towards education, focusing on delivering quality while staying within given frameworks and budgets.
