About Us

At Närhälsan's HR department, 29 dedicated employees work.

The department is HBTQ-certified, which means we continuously strive to create understanding, insight, and increase awareness of everyone's equal value. Together, we drive and develop HR issues to meet new conditions and opportunities.

Our employees consist of HR consultants, HR specialists, HR strategists, and HR administrators. The HR consultants work closely with the operations and support its managers. The HR specialists focus on areas such as competence supply, work environment, and further education. The HR administrators support the entire HR function. The unit is led by an HR manager.

The employees in the HR department are located at our four local offices in Gothenburg, Borås, Skövde, and Vänersborg. Your workplace will be at one of our local offices.

About the Job

We are looking for an engaged and experienced HR strategist who will be responsible for negotiations at Närhälsan. The role involves working with labor law, wage formation, and other issues that require negotiation experience. You will be part of the HR department's management team and work closely with management. Reporting will be to the HR manager.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies within labor law and wage formation.
• Providing advice and support on issues related to labor law and wage formation.
• Ensuring that the organization's HR processes are effective and value-creating for the operations.
• Leading negotiations and collaboration with trade unions.
• Conducting training in labor law and wage formation.
• Monitoring trends and changes in labor law and wage formation.
• Participating in regional collaboration between administrations within the Västra Götaland region.

About You

You have a relevant university degree in HR and experience in qualified HR work within labor law, wage formation, and negotiations. It is an advantage if you have experience working in a public administration.

Travel to our local offices in Skövde, Gothenburg, Borås, and Vänersborg may occur in the position.
