The Individual and Family Administration is responsible for initiatives according to SoL and LSS, which include individual and family care and care for people with disabilities. Municipal citizens in need of social services can receive advice, support, and assistance. In most cases, our assistance and initiatives are provided after an individual assessment as part of our authority's exercise. We aim for the assistance we provide to lead to independence.

The operations focus on initiatives for children, young people, and their parents, addiction issues, domestic violence, people with disabilities who need support in their daily lives, individuals in need of financial support, labor market measures, rehabilitation, and integration.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a young girl with a disability who communicates through signs, speech, body language, and podcasts. Work according to a schedule, day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. The workplace is centrally located. The position is currently 60% but may increase in the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide support in all daily activities, care work such as personal care, transfers, household tasks like cleaning, and assistance during meals. The work is based on the individual needs outlined in the implementation plan. Meeting the user's needs and preferences is the foundation of the work. Documentation occurs in a digital system, and it is important that you can communicate well both in writing and verbally. It is essential to collaborate with colleagues and relatives. Since this is solitary work, it is crucial to be confident in making independent decisions during your shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply have training in care and nursing or child and youth education or education that the employer deems equivalent. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of low-arousal responses and sign language support. Based on the user's needs and preferences, we are looking for women for this position. Personal suitability is of great importance.
