About the Role

We are now looking for our new stars to strengthen our alarm center for our international client.

As an operator, you will act as the spider in the web for our client's security solutions. You will receive incoming alarms and calls and ensure that the right action is taken without delay. You will make quick decisions based on pre-established guidelines developed in agreement with the client. Above all, you will serve as a great support for our guards as you become the communication center during incidents and similar situations.

You will, for example:

• Receive incoming calls and emails
• Manage alarms and incidents
• Handle communication with guards via radio communication
• Report incidents and other information

The position as an operator is combined with other guard assignments for the client.

The work is scheduled during the day.

Requirements

We see that you have approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school. Good communication skills, both spoken and written in both English and Swedish, are a requirement for success in the position, as well as a B driver's license. You will use the computer as your primary tool, so we also see that you have good computer skills from before.

The position does not require you to already be a trained guard, but if you are the right person for us, we will cover your guard training. This requires that you are available for training for 2 weeks. The training may take place in another location.

We consider it an advantage if you are already a trained guard and hold VU1 and VU2, are trained as a security guard, either military or civilian, and/or have work experience from previous work in an alarm center or control center.

As a person, we see that you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle periods of high work pace. We would like you to have a great interest in technology and find it easy to understand instructions. Since you will manage the communication center, it is important to be able to quickly prioritize and manage different communication channels during sudden events.

As you will have a great responsibility in your role, but at the same time work very closely with both our client and colleagues, we see that you can work both independently and in a team. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel safe.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
