Group Leader Luleå / Boden – Day & Night

We are looking for a Group Leader for Luleå and Boden!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with leadership – while contributing to a safer society.

Your Responsibilities

As a group leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security operations. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses
• Daily management and support for security guards in their work
• Ensuring quality in performed assignments and reporting
• Active collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area

The position covers Luleå and Boden and requires a flexible and solution-oriented approach. Working hours: Day and night

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in security work
• Is confident in a leadership role and has a good ability to coach and motivate others
• Works in a structured manner and has good organizational skills, even under pressure
• Is communicative, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Security guard training VU1 and VU2, or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry is an advantage
