Description
Our clinic is attractive! We are expanding our operations and are therefore looking for an additional specialist-trained district nurse who wants to help develop our clinic.
The health center is located in a fantastic environment in the heart of Stockholm and has 14,000 registered patients. Here, over 30 dedicated employees from various professional groups collaborate to provide primary care of the highest quality, accessibility, and continuity. We continuously change and develop to best meet our patients' needs. Responsibilities
Typical tasks include nurse-led clinics, home care, chat and telephone advice. Depending on your skills, experience, and interests, the position may include other tasks and areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience and a genuine interest in working in primary care. You are confident in your professional role and have a patient-centered focus. You have an open mindset and easily collaborate across professions. You are flexible and plan and prioritize your work successfully. Specialist training as a district nurse is a requirement. Experience with the Take Care journal system is preferred. A driver's license is an advantage.
