We are looking for an engaged and structured Project Logistics Coordinator who wants to be a central link in our customers' most significant projects. Together with the customer, you will plan, coordinate, and ensure that logistics needs are met – from start to finish.

In this role, you will work in modern, intelligent systems where collaboration between the customer, sales, warehouse, and other stakeholders occurs seamlessly.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining customer contact, problem-solving, and coordination in a fast-paced environment – and who wants to contribute directly to the success of the projects.

As a Project Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the customer's logistics needs throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Work closely with the customer and be their primary contact in the logistics area.
• Act as the hub between sales, warehouse, carriers, and the customer – you make everything flow.
• Utilize our smart and integrated systems where all project stakeholders collaborate in real-time.
• Conduct site visits with the customer to ensure quality, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Handle time-sensitive situations with structure, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Actively contribute to overcoming obstacles and ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
• Experience coordinating or managing requirements between multiple parties.
• Comfortable handling stressful dialogues and quickly finding solutions.
• Attention to detail, structure, and a strong ability to keep many threads going simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive issues forward.
• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally be on-site with the customer.
