About us Pionjären Fastighets AB is a well-established property company focused on northern Sweden, primarily in Boden and Norrbotten. We own and manage a mixed portfolio of properties for industry, logistics, offices, rental housing, and community services. About the role As a Property Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for a number of properties in our portfolio. You will be a key person in the daily operation and development of our properties. The tasks are varied and include:

• Technical and economic management of the properties

• Planning and follow-up of maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects

• Close contact with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and service

• Handling service requests and coordination with contractors and suppliers

• Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting

• Contributing to the company's long-term development and sustainability efforts

The position is based in Boden and involves travel within the region. A valid driver's license (category B) is required.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with relevant education in property management, property economics, or equivalent, preferably from a vocational school or university. You have a few years of experience in property management, ideally with both technical and economic aspects.

You are structured, self-driven, and have a good ability to build relationships. You enjoy working both operationally and strategically, and you have a strong interest in properties and community development in northern Sweden.

Knowledge in energy optimization, sustainability, and digital property systems is an advantage.
