As a property technician in the Properties & Security section, you will work to ensure operationally safe and functional properties within SSAB Luleå. The role focuses on ventilation, heating, and cooling.

You will handle both urgent and planned maintenance efforts, from preparation and ordering to follow-up and documentation. The work is carried out in close dialogue with internal clients, external contractors, and partners, where you also act as a contact person within your area of responsibility.

The work is mainly conducted during the day, and documentation and follow-up take place in our maintenance system IFS.

Your main responsibilities

• Handle fault reports and plan and follow up on urgent and long-term maintenance measures.
• Work with operation, maintenance, and repair within ventilation, heating, and cooling.
• Be a contact person for internal operations and external contractors.
• Report completed efforts and manage orders in the maintenance system IFS.

About you

• You have experience or a clear interest in technical work within ventilation, heating, cooling, or electrical/automation.
• You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You enjoy collaboration and find it easy to communicate with different professional roles.
• You work in a structured manner and have good planning skills.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and comfortable with English in the workplace.
• You have good computer skills and preferably experience with maintenance systems.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
