About the KVA Trelleborg Project
KVA Trelleborg is one of Sweden's largest correctional facilities, with a building area of 110,000 square meters, which NCC, in collaboration with Specialfastigheter, is building for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The project is carried out by a fully integrated organization between NCC and Specialfastigheter, collaborating fully! The preliminary construction start is in the spring of 2026, and the construction period is 4 to 6 years.

The position of KMA Coordinator focusing on work environment
As a KMA coordinator, your day is characterized by great variation and breadth of tasks. You belong to our KVA project in Trelleborg, where you support our managers, employees, and subcontractors to improve and follow up on work environment efforts.

Your daily work involves being present on the project site where you work preventively by educating and informing the department's employees about the work environment to ensure high competence in health and safety.

You will also participate extensively in the development of our systematic work environment efforts, conducting inspections and work environment audits to anchor and ensure that we follow our working methods, laws, and guidelines.

Our goal is to have zero accidents at our workplaces. Together with the relevant parties, you are responsible for investigating any serious incidents at our workplaces.

Your profile as a KMA Coordinator
You have several years of experience in qualified work environment efforts, a strong commitment to work environment issues, and good knowledge of legal texts and their application. You are a good communicator with the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English. Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

You enjoy working closely with the operations in a relationship-building and coaching role. Since you are used to independently managing and prioritizing your work and handling a wide variety of issues, you see it as an exciting challenge to be part of our project and provide practical advice that is useful.  
 
About Building Division Large Projects
The Building Large Projects division develops and leads complex construction projects with an order value of approximately 1.5 billion or more.

The position is a permanent full-time employment in the KVA Trelleborg project. The place of employment is Trelleborg. For this position, we conduct background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
