We are looking for engaged security guards who want to be part of an exciting and developing mission. You have a strong interest in service and always work with a high level of security awareness. In this role, you are observant, present a professional and well-groomed impression, and enjoy creating safety in environments where many people move. The mission requires both physical and mental endurance and the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions. You meet many different people and need to express yourself clearly and respectfully – both verbally and through your body language. Your communication skills are an important part of the trust you build in every interaction.

As a security guard, you work in public environments where there is a lot of activity. Therefore, you need to be comfortable handling stress, communicating clearly, and making quick, thoughtful decisions. The role requires you to work in a legally secure, uniform, and efficient manner, regardless of the situation.

Qualifications

We are looking for trained security guards who are security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have an inner security and a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard permit.

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• High school diploma
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Completed security guard training within the last three years with a passing result

You also need to be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed by Avarn Security.
