JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a security guard who wants to create safety through dialogue, presence, and respectful interaction? As a security guard in Landskrona city, you are an important part of the city's safety-promoting work. Landskrona has worked purposefully on safety issues for several years, and the efforts have resulted in an increased sense of safety among the residents. To continue this positive development, we are now looking for more security guards who want to make a real difference in the city's public spaces.

As a security guard, you work under police regulations. The assignment is carried out on foot and by bicycle within a designated area on public property in Landskrona, mainly during weekend evenings. The work is varied and places high demands on judgment, communication, and professional behavior.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Creating safety and presence in the city's central areas so that residents and visitors feel secure
• Working preventively through dialogue, conversations, and relationship-building meetings
• Handling disturbances calmly and professionally
• Intervening as needed in accordance with the Police Act and the Security Guard Act

You will be part of an experienced and committed team with good local knowledge of the city's places and people. The work is characterized by collaboration with the police, field groups, guards, and other actors who together contribute to a safe Landskrona.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a security guard, you have a genuine commitment to building good relationships and treating everyone with respect, regardless of background. You are communicative, calm, and have the ability to handle different people and situations in a professional manner. You are responsible, cooperative, and work with a low-arousal approach where dialogue is always the first choice. You are also independent and take your own initiative when needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a valid security guard license
• Are at least 25 years old

We would also like you to:

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a security guard
