Action Guard / Property Emergency – Malmö Region

We are looking for experienced guards with a background in property emergency for assignments in Malmö and surrounding areas.

The positions include day, night, and weekend work as needed.

About the Job

As an action guard with us, you will work with varied and responsible assignments within property emergency and surveillance. You will respond to emergency calls and handle, among other things:

• Electrical faults
• Protective coverings
• Various plumbing tasks
• Disturbance emergency
• Garage door repairs
• Alarm responses
• Other surveillance assignments

The job entails independent responsibility, quick decision-making, and a professional approach towards customers and the public.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in property emergency/action assignments
• Is a trained guard (VU1 and VU2)
• Has good technical understanding
• Has a valid B driver's license (requirement)
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is not convicted (according to current legal requirements for guards)
• Has organized finances
• Is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Can work independently as well as in a team
