At CyberGymnasiet Stockholm, you will become part of a community at a school with approximately 650 students and about 60 staff members. A school offers many opportunities for both students and staff. We provide 8 different programs with several specializations and profiles, both preparatory for higher education and vocational and introductory programs.

There is an ongoing development work regarding the school's programs and profile, and many dedicated staff members with high competence. We work together to help students achieve their goals and overcome the challenges that may arise. It is our collective effort that yields results and creates the conditions for the future. We are now looking for a positive and responsible substitute teacher who can support one of our students in their schoolwork and during the school day. Since the need is urgent, we hope you can start as soon as possible.

About the role

As a student assistant, you are the student's extended arm and an important support in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your tasks include:

• Being available as pedagogical and social support during lessons.
• Encouraging and motivating the student in various school situations.
• Contributing to a calm working environment and helping the student focus.

Who are you? Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and has a natural ability to build relationships.

Meritorious: Experience working with children or youth (preferably in school or with special needs). Ideally, you are an educated social pedagogue, but this is not a requirement.

Personal qualities: You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in pedagogy.

Requirements: You are of legal age and have a valid extract from the criminal record (for school/childcare) ready or ordered.

About the employment

Employment type: Substitute as needed.

Working hours: Daytime during school hours.

Start date: Immediately
