What We Do and Want

Tyresö School is a F-9 school located in eastern Tyresö, with the forest at our doorstep and within walking distance to beautiful castle surroundings and a bay.

The schoolyard is large and invites varied play and activities. The school is characterized by good academic results, high satisfaction, and a conducive learning environment. We know that there is nothing more inclusive than good teaching, and our shared goal, where we all contribute in our different roles, is to create the best school for each individual student. We work together in grade teams with a strong EHT supporting teachers and students.

About the Position

We are now looking for a teacher for the leisure center who, together with teachers and colleagues in the leisure center, wants to contribute to a stimulating, safe, and fun environment for the children during and after school hours. You will help plan, implement, and follow up on activities that promote students' social interaction, creativity, and joy of movement. The position is a fixed-term employment with a holiday position during spring term 2026.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher for the leisure center and has experience working with children.

Education and experience in areas such as NPF or equality work are meritorious. Personal suitability is of great importance.

You are secure, responsible, and have a strong commitment to children's development and learning. You have good collaboration skills and want to contribute to a positive work environment.

Furthermore, you are known for your ability to build relationships with students, and you have a conscious and professional approach when interacting with children, guardians, and colleagues.
