At Dansfabriken, we are passionate about dance. Dancing to express emotions, dancing for good exercise, dancing to feel community, and dancing because it is so incredibly fun!

We offer around 70 courses in Jazz Dance, Children's Dance, Street Jazz, Commercial, Modern, Ballet, Street Dance, Acrobatics, Dance Mix, Disco Dance, Line Dance, Musical, K-pop, Pilates, etc. We also have several dance lines at different levels where participants dance 2-3 times a week. We have courses for children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. We put a lot of effort into our dance shows at the end of the terms and organize camps and workshops on weekends and school breaks. We also have several collaborations with schools that have a dance profile. We also conduct competitive activities in various dance styles through Sweden's dance organization, SDO.

We are located in our own premises in Junexhuset in Huskvarna with three dance studios featuring mirror walls and dance mats. For the Acrobatics courses, we use air tracks and other gymnastics equipment.

Dansfabriken is owned and operated by Emma Green. Together with about 15 part-time dance leaders and teachers and three full-time dance teachers, the vision is to create a place where everyone feels WELCOME, regardless of their dance level and goals.

For the autumn term 2026, we are looking for one or two dance educators/dance teachers or dancers (education required) alternatively someone with extensive experience in dance teaching.

We are also looking for one or two young people/young adults who want to work as dance leaders. You are currently enrolled or may have completed a dance program in high school or similar and want to combine your dance studies with a fun part-time job. As a dance leader at Dansfabriken, you will receive guidance from us.

For the Acrobatics courses, we are looking for someone with good knowledge of gymnastics/acrobatics and experience in teaching.

Regardless of the type of position you are applying for, a genuine interest in teaching dance and conveying the joy of dance to participants is primary. You are positive and have the ability to see all individuals and understand that everyone learns in different ways. You can collaborate and take responsibility.

Working hours are afternoons/evenings. It may also be expanded with dance classes during the day and other practical tasks during the day. The employment is primarily part-time, but a fixed-term position of greater extent may also be relevant.

The classes we are primarily seeking staff for are Children's Dance 3-5 years, Dance Mix 6-8 years, Jazz and Modern/Contemporary at an advanced level for teenagers/adults, and acrobatics for children 6-12 years. However, other dance styles and ages may also be relevant.
