About the position

We are now looking for a driven and structured Finance Assistant/Receptionist on behalf of our client who wants to take on a broad role with a focus on finance and administration. You will work in a varied position where approximately 60-80% of the work consists of finance tasks, with the opportunity to gradually increase your responsibilities in the finance area over time.

Your future tasks

You will be responsible for many administrative tasks, which requires a good ability to prioritize and structure your work. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Managing freight invoices and credits.

  • Handling incoming orders and email inbox.

You will support the front-office department with various administrative tasks related to service, deliveries, returns, and credits.

We are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of and experience with administrative tasks. You thrive in a service-oriented environment and have the ability to prioritize and structure your work effectively. We also see that you have:

  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English.

  • Experience in back-office and/or administrative work.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and good computer skills.

  • Experience working in a team.

Additional information
  • Start: Immediately

  • Location: Sollentuna

  • Extent: Full-time - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Employment type: Consulting assignment for six months, with the possibility of extension and permanent recruitment.
