We are now looking for an experienced project manager/business developer in logistics for an assignment within the business area Decentralized Energy Solutions (DES). The business focuses on distributed and renewable energy solutions such as solar energy and energy storage, including related optimization services and flexibility solutions.

About the assignment

The assignment involves leading and coordinating the implementation of a newly appointed logistics partner and the associated logistics solution. The consultant will play a central role in ensuring that the new solution is established, implemented, and transitioned into stable operation.

Responsibilities include, among other things:

Lead and drive the implementation project of the logistics partner

Define and document processes for different logistics scenarios

Identify and establish roles and responsibilities related to the new solution

Specify and follow up on system integration work (e.g., WMS and similar systems)

Ensure that the logistics solution is implemented and operates according to the target vision

Participate in and drive other business development initiatives within Operational Development

The role combines strategic development work with operational execution.

Requirements Profile

Mandatory skills and experience:

Documented experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or distribution

Experience in implementing a new logistics partner and the associated logistics solution

Good understanding of logistics flows and inventory management

Experience in asset management, including handling, tracking, maintenance, and warranty issues related to the business's assets

Good understanding of system integrations within logistics (e.g., WMS, On-going, or equivalent)

Experience in business development and process improvement

Ability to work both strategically and operationally

Experience in cross-functional work between logistics, purchasing, sales, IT, and customer support

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent competence

Desirable:

Experience from the energy sector, electricity trading, or solar cell industry

Personal qualities
