As an Investment Controller, you will work in an investment team responsible for driving and following up on financial processes in projects. You will work closely with the cluster manager and project leader, becoming a key player in ensuring the projects' success from a financial perspective. The environment is international and dynamic, and you will have a strong focus on improving and developing work methods.

Responsibilities include:

• Budgeting, follow-up, and forecasting work.
• Financial reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Support and challenge the investment team with analyses and financial insights.
• Improve internal processes and collaborations with customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate financial analyses and business impacts to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in finance, investments, or financial management.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office programs. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• The ability to handle complex financial data and deliver with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with strong ownership of tasks.
