We are now looking for several summer substitutes for Humana Sweden's Payroll Department and Payroll Support in Örebro. Here you will work alongside dedicated employees who provide excellent service to our customers, employees, and partners, ensuring that our skilled employees receive the right salary on time.
About the positions
Payroll Administrator
As a payroll administrator with us, your main tasks will be to administer salaries and expenses for our personal assistants and customers. The role includes contact with customers, personal assistants, project managers, and authorities. You will help answer questions about salaries, time reports, and expenses. Common tasks include:
- Time reports
- Salary registration
- Allowances and expenses
- Fringe benefits taxation
Payroll Support
As a payroll administrator, you will also help staff our Payroll Support according to a rotating schedule. Your main tasks here will be to be our customers' and personal assistants' primary contact for questions about salaries and time reporting. You will resolve simpler issues via phone or email. Additional administrative work may also occur.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to work according to our values commitment, joy, and responsibility and who has experience working with administration, service, and customer contact. If you have previously worked with payroll, administration, and have experience with Agresso, it is a merit. It is advantageous if you are a student at a university or college, preferably with a focus on economics or law, or if you are studying to become a payroll consultant at a vocational school.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, responsible, and capable of working both independently and in a team. To thrive in this role, you need to be accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, which places high demands on flexibility and stress resilience. You have experience with customer contact and are used to delivering high-level service. We expect our employees to always do their utmost to provide excellent service to our customers, assistants, and partners. This also means working to provide good service to your colleagues and contributing to creating a positive work environment.

The summer positions are full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with the possibility of flexible hours. You will work from our Örebro office.
