About the position
As an administrative coordinator in the department, you will work across the administration and in your role, you will be responsible for providing qualified support. You will manage public documents and be responsible for the committee's registration, diary, and archive. You will also serve as the information security and data protection coordinator. You will develop routines and working methods and drive digitalization in the area. Additionally, you will have a role as a procurement coordinator. Tasks may change based on assignments, development, and the focus of the organization. You will be an important part of meeting the needs of our team moving forward.
Examples of tasks:
- chief registrar for the committee
- data protection coordinator for the committee
- procurement coordination for the administration
- archive responsibility and personnel reporter for the committee
- work and documentation in operational systems
- other cross-administrative assignments/tasks
About the workplace
The Environmental and Urban Planning Administration consists of four departments: Building Permits, Land and Development, Environment, and Urban Planning, as well as a Department. Within the administration, approximately 200 employees work, of which about 10 are in the Department. The Department coordinates the committees' annual processes and internal control, initiates and drives innovation and development, and coordinates larger urban development projects. We also provide documentation support in management forums and work with assignments from the administration management. The work involves several different areas such as diary and case management, routines, and coordination around operations, finance, and personnel. Our office is located in Citypassagen, we work flexibly and based on activities. The office is directly adjacent to the Travel Center and close to the city.

Qualifications
As a person, you are secure and methodical, your working style is characterized by structure and efficiency. You are quality-conscious and provide qualified support and advice in the area, and you have a good overall perspective. You can manage several areas of work simultaneously and are solution-oriented. You collaborate well with others. Your communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing, are very good, and you can communicate clearly to a wide range of recipients.

Requirements:
- university degree with relevant focus, e.g., political science, law
- knowledge of Office 365 and digital working methods
- knowledge of information security, GDPR
- knowledge of procurement and purchasing
- knowledge of public administration
