Nordisk Kompetens is looking for an engaged and service-oriented office host for our office in Örebro. With 23 years of experience in transition, recruitment, and staffing, our headquarters is located in Luleå. With offices from Haparanda to Malmö, we offer national presence and local expertise. About the Position

As an office host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our visitors and employees. Your main tasks will include:

• Reception and guidance of visitors.
• Supporting job seekers through individual assistance and group work.
• Handling administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Contributing to a positive work environment and being part of the team's daily work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has mentoring competence, which means at least a 1-year post-secondary education.
• Has a genuine desire to meet people and help them achieve their goals.
• Is self-driven, organized, and has good communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a team and is flexible in your approach.
