Your role
The inspection team you will be part of will conduct move-out inspections and cleaning inspections. It may also involve types of inspections and quality controls that are performed less frequently, such as garages, shelters, and similar.

As an inspector, you will handle the entire inspection process; from booking visits to subsequent invoicing, if applicable. Therefore, the job involves a lot of customer contact. Most of the time, you will work out in our properties and in close collaboration with our management areas.

Your qualifications
• Completed high school education.
• B driver's license.
• Knowledge of and experience in property management, conducting inspections, and having customer contacts is an advantage.

Employment type
Summer job. Full-time. Start date according to agreement.
