In the role of service technician, you will be the face of Hörmann's customers and work in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a service-oriented team that services and maintains gates, doors, docking stations with loading bridges, and weather seals.

Main job responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as assembly and installation of new products - varied tasks
• Planning - work together with service coordinators, service managers, and technician colleagues effectively
• Preventive maintenance - based on the current service agreement with the customer
• Deliver time reports, assembly, and service documentation
• Upselling - by identifying improvement measures at the customer
• On-call work - is part of the job and you will have this approximately one week every other month

The work is varied and other tasks may occur.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:45 (starts and ends the workday at home)

Employment type: Permanent full-time employment, Hörmann may apply a six-month probationary period.

Start for the position: Immediately
