About the Company

Vocational college is a post-secondary educational form that combines theory and practice to meet the needs of the labor market. The programs are developed in collaboration with industries and provide students with specialized skills for specific professional roles. With a strong connection to the business world, vocational colleges ensure that students are ready for work immediately after graduation.

Your Responsibilities

As an educator, your main responsibilities will be the development of course materials, conducting teaching, and post-work in the form of assessment and grading. In an educational assignment through us at vocational college, you are employed as a consultant through us and leased to the school. There is also the possibility for those who have their own business to invoice as a subcontractor.

We collaborate with several prominent vocational colleges. The courses are offered both remotely and on-site, with flexible schedules that suit both you and the students. Teaching takes place with approximately 6-14 hours per week.

  • Building Technology and Building Physics: Week 41-44, 2025 (Remote Teaching)
  • Electricity: Week 45-48, 2025 (Remote Teaching + Two on-site meetings in Tranås)
• Property and Facility Technicians
  • Electrical Engineering: Week 35-38, 2025 (Remote Teaching)
  • Automation Engineering: Week 39-42, 2025 (Remote Teaching)
• Plant Technicians specializing in Power and Heat/Water and Environmental Technicians
  • Control and Regulation Technology: Week 10-13, 2025 (Remote Teaching + On-site meetings in Örebro)
  • Electrical, Control and Regulation Technology: Week 12-19, 2025 (Remote Teaching)
• Automation and Maintenance Technicians
  • Mechanics and Mechatronics (Basic Level): Week 12-16, 2025 (On-site in Eskilstuna)
• Sustainability Strategist
  • Sustainable Value Creation: Week 16-21 (Remote Teaching)

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant education and practical experience in the relevant subject areas. A clear connection to the professional role that the education is aimed at is a requirement. Good pedagogical skills and interest in teaching adults. The ability to inspire and engage students. To succeed in the assignment, you need to have good social and communicative skills. It is a great advantage if you have previously taught at a vocational college or have other educational experience, but it is not a requirement.
