Responsibilities

Your tasks and main responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming cases for Elon Customer Support B2B
  • Support for stores working with new production and management, as well as support for our central B2B department
  • Order administration, coordination, transport logistics, and product inquiries
  • Handling other support inquiries such as information on delays, delivery updates, and delivery bookings
  • In this role, you will be part of a smaller team in an open office landscape within a larger group of about 24 people. The role is based in Örebro.

Education and Experience

Completed high school education and experience in service or customer support. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and preferably the business system Jeeves. Experience in the white goods - home electronics or transport industry, as well as the case management system ImBox, is a merit.
