Your role

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for staffing our customer service/reception at ÖBO's area office in Vivalla. Visitors from all over the city come here with various inquiries. You and a colleague will ensure that customers and contractors receive assistance, including issuing keys and tags, registering fault reports, and answering questions. The role also includes maintaining order in the customer service environment and performing other office tasks, such as purchasing and receiving goods.

The role also involves supporting the staff in the area with other relevant tasks.

Working hours for the position are 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM. Work until 6 PM on Wednesdays may occur.

Your qualifications

• You have at least a high school education.
• You have experience in customer contact and administrative work.
• Good ability to express yourself in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
• Multilingualism is an advantage.
• A driving license (B) is an advantage.
