We are now looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Specialist for a temporary position at our production unit in Frövi.
We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Supply Chain for Billerud in Frövi and the Customer Service Cartonboard department. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with developing and varied tasks. You are expected to provide first-class customer service regarding the order process, from inquiry to final delivery to the customer. The work involves close dialogue with the customer and the responsible salesperson regarding all issues that occur in the areas included in the service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you have a central role in the work for delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a smaller team but work in a department of a total of 19 Customer Service Specialist colleagues, all of whom work towards different markets. In the office there are also Production Planners, Delivery Planners, Allocation Managers and Team Leaders with whom you have a great deal of collaboration in the role.
Main duties:
- Coordinate and develop the entire "Order To Cash" process.
- Order administration and customer management from request to invoice.
- Ensure that the applicable delivery service offer to our customers is met.
- Actively participate in the development of work processes and IT systems as well as ongoing projects for increased delivery reliability.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you report to Team Leader Customer Service. The form of employment is a temporary position, the initial period of employment is 6 months, with an opportunity for further extensions after that. The starting date is as soon as possible.
The location is Frövi, about 30 km from Örebro. In this position, there is some opportunity for flexible work.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary form of education from Higher Vocational Education or University, preferably in logistics or economics. Alternatively, experience that Billerud deems equivalent.
- A good ability to understand how the different parts of the delivery process contribute to the level of service.
- Good computer skills and experience from working in different IT systems.
- You should be able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Personal Qualities
To fit into the role, you need to have very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. We would like you to be able to identify areas for development and improvement in our processes - through your ability to present your ideas, you contribute to the development journey we have started. As a person, we would like you to work well organized, you should be able to plan and prioritize in your various tasks.
