Are you a student looking for an exciting summer job where you can gain experience in quality, order management, and supply chain? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to work with us at Manpower for our client Epiroc.

There are several departments at Epiroc that need to fill up with curious students this summer, so the tasks will vary depending on which department you end up in.

Examples of tasks:

• Coordinate customer complaints.
• Plan and follow up on return/reallocation orders to DC Örebro.
• Initiate and follow up on root cause analysis regarding quality issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional quality investigations and improvements.
• Proactively suggest and work on quality improvement initiatives/projects.
• Close collaboration with all functions within the Quality team.
• Increase awareness of quality and decisions that affect quality cross-functionally.
• Provide feedback to shipping warehouses regarding quality and outcomes of returns.
• Transport planning
• Booking shipments on appropriate departures
• Being the link between customer and production
• Order management, export handling, invoicing, and delivery of spare parts.

Education and experience:

This position suits you if you find it exciting to work with logistics, delivery, and purchasing. You have a knack for communicating with different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience in logistics, delivery, and goods receiving.

In addition, it is required that you

• Are studying logistics/supply chain or industrial economics or have equivalent skills acquired through work experience.
• Have good knowledge of Office and Excel
• Handle Swedish and English well in speech and writing.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Supply Chain ERP systems, preferably within a distribution environment.
• Experience working with methodologies/tools in quality and Lean.
• Experience working in JIRA (ACIGN).
• General knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Team player profile who can work both individually and in a team.
• Analytical skills.
• Committed to always delivering activities on time according to the agreed plan.
• Proactive approach in daily work.
• Customer-oriented; Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Problem solver; ability to build good relationships to solve complex quality issues.
