About the position

In the role of finance assistant and receptionist, you will primarily work with accounts payable or accounts receivable in the company's finance department. You will belong to a team of three people who report to the company's accounting manager. The position also includes work in the company's reception.

Depending on whether you work with accounts receivable or accounts payable, your tasks will differ slightly. However, the tasks in the reception are the same regardless of which role you are assigned.

Your tasks include, among others:

Handling supplier payments
Matching purchase orders against invoices
Administering the electronic invoicing system
Following up on overdue supplier invoices
Staffing the reception, handling mail, and welcoming visitors
Scanning supplier invoices
Updating prices, discounts, and payments
You will largely work in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their university or college education in economics and wants to gain practical work experience alongside their studies. You want to work a bit and can consider working one to two days a week during periods when regular staff are sick. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English. We would like you to have good system skills and possess good knowledge of the MS Office suite. It is an advantage if you have experience working in any financial system.

As a person, you are meticulous, efficient, and responsible. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is social and has an easy time making both internal and external contacts.
