Our health center is responsible for providing close, accessible, and quality-assured primary care to approximately 12,000 registered patients. We offer both urgent and planned visits, digital contacts, chronic care, and health-promoting work. We are a close-knit and stable team with several professions - medical secretaries, nurses, doctors, rehab, and psychosocial teams. Collaboration, responsibility, and good service characterize the group.

We are now looking for a Medical Secretary for the Health Center in Granlo. The position is a temporary contract for 6 months full-time with a start date of 2026-05-01. There is a possibility of extension.

You are a central part of our care process. The role ensures accurate and timely documentation, efficient administrative flows, and good service to patients and staff. Through this, you directly contribute to the quality, accessibility, and patient safety of the operation.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• Writing and documenting medical records
• Calling patients and managing appointments
• Receiving and handling incoming mail and referrals
• Working at the reception: patient contact, registration, and service
• Administering certificates, listings, and other care-related matters
• Supporting the operation in administrative routines and flows
• Handling statistics, quality, and follow-up as needed
• Collaborating with other professional groups to ensure good patient flows

We offer a clear and tailored introduction with guidance from an experienced colleague, covering routines, medical record systems, and workflows. The introduction is planned so that you have a secure start and gradually take on responsibilities as you gain confidence.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care
• Have additional language skills
