As a teacher with us, you will be part of one of our four work teams where you collaborate and develop your work together with teachers and other staff from student health. Our student health has a broad competence, and together with school management and teachers, we work purposefully to ensure that students reach their full potential and goals.

At Gylle School, we also place a special focus on students' well-being, where we have mental health on the schedule and collaborate with RF SISU Dalarna to ensure that students have an active and movement-rich school day that promotes physical health. In addition, our lead teachers drive a development project focusing on increased goal fulfillment and school attendance, as well as safety and study peace. We are looking for someone who wants to continue our exciting development work to make a difference for each individual student!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in SO, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching for grades 7-9. You will also be a mentor for a number of students and be part of a work team that works together to create good conditions for our students to succeed.

It is important that you are a clear educator who focuses on the individual and meets them where they are both academically and socially. We highly value good collaboration skills among colleagues, as we are convinced that it is an important part of building a good school.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified teacher in SO subjects with a good knowledge of the school's governing documents and with experience working in primary school. Very good verbal and written skills in Swedish are required.

You have good pedagogical skills and a positive attitude. You can collaborate with the people you meet and have the ability to work for a safe and inspiring learning environment. You should be flexible and able to adapt to different situations. You are driven to develop your teaching, and together with your colleagues, you want to develop our school.

In connection with the interview, you as a candidate need to show proof of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES or a valid work residence permit.
