Bullergården and Trubaduren preschools are part of the Bullermyren preschool area.

Bullergården preschool is located by the municipality's sports field, close to open spaces. The preschool has large facilities with the possibility to divide children into smaller groups and contexts. The indoor facilities are bright and fresh. At our preschools, children with roots from different parts of the world attend, and we are enriched with many mother tongues among both children and educators. We work with a strong focus on our scientific foundation - Care. We also focus on our area goals - Language Development Methods and NTA. Bullergården consists of four departments with mixed-age groups of children, ages 1-5 in all departments.

Trubaduren preschool is located by the municipality's sports field, close to open spaces. The preschool has large facilities with the possibility to divide children into smaller groups and contexts. Trubaduren consists of four departments, two for our younger children aged 1-3 years and two for our older children aged 3-5 years.

If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will be offered 1 hour of mentoring support each week - which we plan according to the needs of the operation and your needs.

We are training in Läslyftet, which is based on collegial learning. The collegial learning takes place in groups and is led by a supervisor. The professional development takes place locally at the preschool and is closely tied to regular work. Everyone participates here, both preschool teachers and childcare workers - which we believe is a success factor!

Our cornerstones are - the focus should be on care, relationships, and the mediating educator. Education should be safe, fun, and educational.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, a positive, engaged, curious, and solution-oriented preschool teacher, who wants to help drive the systematic quality work at the preschool. You should be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and mission. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading the work in accordance with the preschool's curriculum. You need to be able to translate theory into practical application to promote children's education regarding care for the children and thereby increase children's knowledge based on the preschool's curriculum goals.

Together with colleagues, you drive the educational work so that children are offered a learning-rich, enjoyable, and stimulating education. You will plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate children's learning processes. This means that together with your team, you develop inspiring and meaningful learning environments in everyday life, through play, interaction, dialogue, participation, and reflection.

Patience is A and O; we prefer that you are comfortable working in a low-arousal manner and have the ability to remain calm and find new paths when/if challenged.

We are looking for preschool teachers who believe in the competence of the child. We want to give children the time, space, and peace to think and reflect on their own, as well as to harness their desire to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic requirements for the position: You must be a licensed preschool teacher and have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities: As a person, you have good leadership qualities that make you comfortable driving and initiating work. You are comfortable conveying information in a clear and simple way. You easily create secure relationships and enjoy collaborating with others. For you, it is a given to share your knowledge to contribute to the development of education.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Education in TAKK, NTA, or if you have supervisor training.
• Experience working with digital tools in preschool.
• Practical experience working in preschool, working with clarifying pedagogy and language development methods. This is to organize and develop education and promote children's language development.

If you have achieved 180hp/210 of your education to become a teacher for younger ages, focusing on 1-5 years, you are also welcome to apply. We can then discuss a future employment.
