We are now seeking a preschool teacher or childcare worker for Hästhoven Preschool, which is part of the Grycksbo/Sågmyra preschool area.

Our preschool is located in the heart of Grycksbo, near Stallgården Preschool and Grycksboskolan. The preschool is situated close to forests and fields. We work in age-divided groups across three departments: Spiltan (1-2 year olds), Grimman (2-3 year olds), and Ängen (4-5 year olds).

In preschool, the foundation for lifelong learning is laid. We choose to see children as competent, curious, and knowledge-seeking individuals who explore and try to understand the world around them together with others.

Our activities are based on playful learning, safety, and joy in a stimulating environment, adapted to the children's age and development. At our preschools, you as an educator have influence over your work environment where we work to improve, challenge, and influence so that everyone thrives. We want everyone who enters the preschool to have the opportunity to grow, feel safe, and develop as individuals, both adults and children. The most important thing for us is that children and adults feel happy and enjoy their time at preschool. Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher and childcare worker, you are part of the team where you together create inspiring environments for children's development and learning. You will be part of Falu Preschool, where we have a well-developed systematic quality work to make children's development and learning visible. We work systematically with UNIKUM, which is part of Falu Preschool's systematic quality work, and offer our educators five study days per year for planning, follow-up, and evaluation of the activities. With us, you have your own reflection time that is outside your working hours in the children's group, as well as reflection time during the day together with the team.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• You are an educated preschool teacher/teacher for younger ages and hold a preschool teacher's license, or you are an educated childcare worker.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, we see you as a curious educator with good collaboration skills who enjoys working in a team. You are driven, enjoy challenges, and have a focus on tasks. You are solution-oriented in your work and see opportunities in the challenges you face.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in the preschool teacher or childcare worker profession.
• ICDP training.
• VFU supervisor training.
• Experience or knowledge of working to develop learning environments that provide children with interesting challenges.

Employment Conditions

Full-time temporary position for about one year, with the possibility of a shorter extension. Start date according to agreement.
